Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders from Morfit and for your convenience we deliver via CourierPost anywhere in New Zealand. 

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details. Morfit will dispatch within 24 hours Monday to Friday and in most cases, the courier will deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days.

Don't worry if you're not at home when the product/s are delivered. CourierPost will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.

If you prefer to to sign for your parcel and would like to utilise the 'Parcel Leave Service' through your NZ Post account, you will agree to the NZ Post terms, please read their terms and conditions here.

Morfit is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. If you are not happy with your purchase you can post back to us at the following address within 30 days from the date it is received and signed.
